Abstract: This presentation describes how an investment bank IT department dealt with the challenge of building a software development/change management process, that was both CMMI level 3 and also supported it's existing (but diverse) agile development practices. It describes how CollabNet was used to achieve this and the changes CollabNet made to support the rollout of the process.

Martin Walker manages Securities Finance and Treasury IT at Dresdner Kleinwort. He worked in IT for over 15 years in a variety of roles including support, development, business analysis and project/programme management. He has a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a MSc in Computing Science from Imperial College of Science and Technology.
